Lionel Strutt
Managing Director
Lionel has over 40 years experience in the film, television and media recording industries. He has worked as a location mixer, re-recording mixer and ADR engineer, and has received over 200 credits to date. Lionel has worked with some of the leading international directors in the industry including Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, James Cameron, Ridley Scott, Sir David Lean, Sir Richard Attenborough, Stanley Kubrik, Jean-Jacques Annaud and Jim Henson, all of whom spoke highly of the Mayflower facilities and services.

Naomi Dandridge
Lead Engineer
Naomi has been working with Mayflower since 2008 having previously worked at Future Post Production / Pepper Post. She studied music and sound recording for four years on the Tonmeister degree at the University of Surrey. She now heads up the audio side at Mayflower, working across all our audio services and recently completing work on Anuvahood, Arriety and Horrid Henry.
